When you are with the people you like, you feel good and you are able to do well in your work. But when you live with people whom you hate, then unknowingly it drains your energy and you are not able to do your work well. That's why it is very important that you keep your relationship with the people around you good. For this, first make a habit of asking them some such questions so that they can talk with you. For example, ask them what they plan to do after they go home. Or ask them what they like and why.
With questions like these, you show that you're interested in getting to know the other person. Apart from this, show interest in the interest of the other person.
First of all, try to find out what the other person likes to talk about and then talk to that person about that. Most managers hire a person whose interests match theirs. So if you adopt this art then you can get the job you want and at the same time you can mix well with the people around you. Ask yourself what other decisions you can take without making that decision and how bad their results can be.
After this, identify the bad consequences of the decision you want to make, and decide how you will deal with them. If you want, you can ask any of your friends for help from a family member. It is not necessary that you take everyone's advice, but sometimes you get to see what is difficult to see with two eyes and one mind. You get the perspective of others so that you can come up with better solutions to solve that problem.
After this, if you are very worried about a particular problem, then you can easily solve it by making an issue tree. For example, suppose you have to complete your project by next month. First of all, write what is the problem you are facing in completing it. This is the trunk of your tree. Then take out two branches and write down what you can do to solve them.
Then take out two more branches from those branches and write how you can accomplish those tasks. Or if you want, you can go to a friend of yours and ask him for advice.
Remember the last time you solved a problem and what was the thing or quality that worked for you at that time or remember the person who helped you at that time. After that repeat that works again and solves that problem. Look at every problem in such a way that it has come to teach you something new. Look at it as a challenge and remember all the things that inspire you.
Perhaps talking to a friend of yours will give you encouragement or perhaps thinking of a special person will give you encouragement. After that, using that enthusiasm, you solve that problem.
